Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy covers informational purchases of consultancy packages listed on this site in THB. Custom enterprise statements of work may include different terms referenced in those contracts.
2. Eligibility window
Where consumer protection laws grant a cooling-off period, you may cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchase unless digital delivery has begun with your express consent.
3. Full and partial refunds
If services have not started, we refund the full amount. If part of a sprint has been delivered with your approval, we may retain fees proportionate to work completed.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party expenses already incurred (travel booked, print runs ordered) are non-refundable once vendors charge NetStream Core.
5. Process
Email hello@netstreamcore.digital with your invoice number, reason, and preferred refund path. We confirm receipt within three business days.
6. Timing and method
Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days using the original payment method where possible; bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
7. Thai consumer context
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2528 and related notifications. Where mandatory law provides stronger protections, those provisions prevail.
